About This Recipe

I've made variations of this recipe over the years, but this one hit a different note, so I'd like to say it was reborn.

Sultan couldn't stop talking about it, let me tell you! And I adored how everything came together in a mere twenty-five minutes. It has a caramelized sear that feels like magic in a skillet and is juicy, tangy, and just a touch sweet.
