Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing (full-fat preferred)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup crushed buttery crackers or seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tbsp chopped parsley or lemon zest for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and place them in the dish.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine Caesar dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Spoon the mixture generously over each chicken breast.
Step 3
Sprinkle Parmesan over the sauced chicken. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Add foil if the cheese browns too fast.
Step 4
For a crispy top, sprinkle cracker crumbs or breadcrumbs during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon zest. Spoon sauce from the pan over the chicken when serving.
