1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream (room temp)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
8 oz egg noodles or pasta of choice, cooked
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
