About This Recipe
There’s something about Amish recipes that just feels like a hug on a plate, right? I still remember the first time I tried this Amish Hamburger Steak Bake — it was during a road trip with Sultan through Pennsylvania Dutch country. We stopped at a tiny roadside diner run by the sweetest Amish family, and this dish stole the show. It was warm, flavorful, and layered with down-home goodness. Naturally, I had to recreate it once we got back home, and now it’s one of my go-to comfort meals.
